Brad Biggs, of the Chicago Sun-Times, reports undrafted free-agent CB Cooter Arnold (North Carolina), WR Maurice Covington (Virginia), S Byron Glaspy (Virginia), CB Marquise Hundley (Arizona), RB Brad Lester (Auburn), S Derek Pegues (Mississippi State), P Jake Richardson (Miami University of Ohio), FB Brandon X. Smith (Ohio State), WR George Smith (Vanderbilt), DT Pete Tverdov (Rutgers) and TE Zeke Zacharie (Louisiana-Monroe) will participate in the Chicago Bears' upcoming minicamp on a tryout basis.

Mississippi State S Derek Pegues said during his NFL Scouting Combine interview that he has the ability to play either safety or cornerback. He said his preferred position is free safety.
