St. Louis Rams WR Brandon Gibson is the best candidate on the roster to replace the production of WR Mark Clayton (knee) according to Jim Thomas, of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Gibson has good quickness and decent size. It's all a matter of gaining consistent separation and having the focus to avoid drops of routine throws.

Eric Williams, of the Tacoma News Tribune, reports Washington State WR Brandon Gibson ran the 40-yard dash in 4.55 and 4.63 seconds. He measured a 34-inch vertical jump and a 9-foot-5 broad jump. Weather was less than ideal, as there was some rain and wind for the event. He excelled at running precise routes and catching the ball, not dropping a ball during the route-running portion of the workout.
