The Green Bay Packers are undergoing some changes to their offensive line for the 2013 season. In addition to moving OT Bryan Bulaga to left tackle, the coaches have flipped OG T.J. Lang and OG Josh Sitton, moving Lang from left to right guard and Sitton from right to left guard. OT Marshall Newhouse, OT Don Barclay and OT Derek Sherrod will compete for the starting right tackle spot.

Green Bay Packers OT T.J. Lang (ankle) doesn't have a good chance to play in Week 14, so the Packers may be ready to promote OT Andrew Datko from the practice squad. The Packers will have only six offensive linemen if Lang is ruled out. OG Joe X. Gibbs could also be promoted from the practice squad, but both Datko and Gibbs play the tackle positions. Datko would back up OTs Marshall Newhouse and Don Barclay if Lang doesn't play.

Green Bay Packers OT Bryan Bulaga (hip) suffered a dislocated hip in the team's game back on Nov. 4, but he could avoid surgery, according to head coach Mike McCarthy. Bulaga will undergo a checkup in roughly four weeks. The team will proceed with OT T.J. Lang at right tackle and OT Evan Dietrich-Smith at left guard. OT Derek Sherrod (leg) practiced for the first time since breaking his leg last year, but it's unlikely he can contribute for a couple of weeks.

Lang said incensed players decided they're willing to go to great lengths to show their displeasure about the replacement ref situation. "Whatever it takes, it's just a total embarrassment to everybody watching the game, the players in the game, it's not fun to be part of something like that … If it keeps going on, it's going to get ugly," Lang said.

Lang gained plenty of Twitter followers Monday, Sept. 24, for his profanity-laced tweets directed at the NFL and the handling of the Week 3 game against the Seattle Seahawks by replacement officials. However, he said Tuesday, Sept. 25, in a radio interview that he regretted the profanity he used. "Personally, I think more people need to speak up," Lang said. "We were furious, man, as soon as we got to the locker room we turned the TVs on, it was just heartbreaking to have the game taken from us like that."

Green Bay Packers OG Evan Dietrich-Smith said Saturday, Dec. 31, that he has moved past the incident on Thanksgiving Day against the Detroit Lions when he was stomped on by DL Ndamukong Suh. "He called me a couple days after everything happened, and he's cool, he apologized, and there's no hard feelings and that's pretty much it," Dietrich-Smith said. Dietrich-Smith might start at left guard in Week 17 if OG T.J. Lang has to shift to right tackle to replace OT Bryan Bulaga (knee), who is doubtful.
