Minnesota Vikings head coach Leslie Frazier said the team will wait until after their rookie minicamp to decide who will line up at middle linebacker with the starting defense once offseason workouts begin. Frazier mentioned LBs Erin Henderson, Audie Cole, Tyrone McKenzie and Michael Mauti as possibilities for the job.

Minnesota Vikings LB Tyrone McKenzie, a practice squad holdover, saw plenty of reps with the first-team defense during organized team activities (OTAs) and minicamp with LB Jasper Brinkley (groin, hip) sidelined. McKenzie talked with head coach Leslie Frazier plenty during the workouts. "It wasn't always positive conversations, I can tell you that," Frazier said. "But Tyrone works hard. He works hard and he's been practicing, he's trying to do the right things and for him, like a lot of our players, when we put the pads on we'll find out who they are."
