The New Orleans Saints could place FS Chip Vaughn on the practice squad due to the depth the team currently has at the safety position, according to Jeff Duncan, of The New Orleans Times-Picayune. However, that would require them to waive Vaughn, and the team may not want to risk losing him to another team.
