OT William Beatty (eye) is back from a detached retina, and looking to compete at left tackle. OT James Brewer is a candidate at right tackle, while OG Kevin Boothe is making a case for a full-time job. In addition, OTs Matt McCants and Brandon Mosley were drafted, and enter the picture as prospects. "People are asking, 'Are you worried about your job security?', Diehl said. "This isn't the first time they've drafted somebody at my position and it definitely won't be the last time."

"I've been playing some (left guard) during practice, playing next to Boothe, next to OL Stacy Andrews as well. This is nothing new for me. This is part of being a guy who can play multiple positions."
