Regardless, the Colts are very high on Carter, so dynasty owners - and even redraft players - shouldn't be ready to cut bait on talented, tough rookie. Brown is worthy of a flex RB play in Week 10, while Carter is a desperation flex play, simply because of the uncertain nature of the workload split.
