The team has ordered a pair of sports glasses for him to wear instead of contacts. Freeman said he will continue to wear the glasses unless he finds a pair of contacts that do not irritate his eyes. Freeman has gone only 9-for-55 with one home run and six RBIs in his last 15 games.
