Pirates | Two suspended

The Associated Press reports Pittsburgh Pirates 1B Kelly Aponte and 1B Julio Joves were suspended Friday, Sept. 5, for testing positive for banned performance-enhancing drugs. Aponte and Joves both tested positive for metabolites of Nandrolone.
