"Lucas has played pretty well in left field right now," Collins said. "Now, if I go to him today and say, 'Look, you need to start taking groundballs at first base,' I'm not sure what kind of messages that sends."

Fantasy Tip: Turner could see significant playing at either second or third base depending on how David Wright (intercostal) and Daniel Murphy (intercostal) progress. Turner is an NL-only commodity only.

Turner is expected to start in a spring game Friday, March 22, after dealing with a sprained right ankle. Fantasy Tip: This situation is very fluid with all of the injuries. Keep an eye on the Wright and Murphy in the final days of spring training. Valdespin seems to be the biggest beneficiary and could become a valuable utility man in NL leagues to start the year.
