Kansas City Royals C Cameron Gallagher, INF Raul Adalberto Mondesi, OF Terrance Gore and OF Paulo Orlando were recalled from Class AAA Omaha Friday, Sept. 1. The team also selected the contract of RHP Andres Machado from Class AAA Omana.

Kansas City Royals OF Paulo Orlando (shin) was reinstated from the 60-day disabled list and optioned to Class AAA Omaha Tuesday, Aug. 22. In a corresponding move, RHP Miguel Almonte (shoulder) was recalled from Class AAA and placed on the 60-day disabled list with a rotator cuff injury.

Fantasy Tip: Orlando is locked in right now, going 12-for-30 (.400) over his last eight games. The problem is he has almost no power and modest speed. His high average provides him some value in AL-only leagues, but that's as far as it goes.
