Posey was writhing in pain, and was eventually helped from the field by the training staff. He was sent for X-rays. He went 1-for-5 before departing, extending his hitting streak to 13 games.
Thu, 21 Apr 2011 15:17:32 -0700 Updating a previous report, Florida Marlins OF Logan Morrison (foot) has been on crutches since injuring his foot and is scheduled to have his hard cast removed Monday, April 25, according to The Associated Press. He may resume baseball-related activities early next week. OFs Scott Cousins and Emilio Bonifacio will split time in left field in Morrison's absence. The team is unsure if they will place him on the disabled list.

Murphy will start at third base on Opening Day. Dobbs will be accompanied on the bench by IF Wes Helms, IF Emilio Bonifacio, OF Brett Hayes and OF Scott Cousins.
