Toronto Blue Jays SP Scott Richmond (shoulder) underwent a second consecutive day of tests on his shoulder Saturday, March 12, although it is believed that there isn't any structural damage, according to MLB.com's Gregor Chisholm. "When your velocity is down, location's considerably off, arm slot's dropping, these are all signs that your arm is sore," Richmond said. "All of those things are happening to me. I can't put the ball where I want it."

Updating a previous report, Toronto Blue Jays SP Scott Richmond (shoulder) has been shut down after experiencing soreness in his right throwing shoulder, reports Gregor Chisholm, of MLB.com. Richmond and the team are awaiting MRI results from a test done Friday, March 11. "He is going to be shut down now for five or six days," manager John Farrell said. "He has been feeling some irritation in that shoulder that is kind of radiating down into the triceps area."
