Updating a previous item, The Houston Chronicle's Bernardo Fallas reports all five players that signed Tuesday, Feb. 2, were inked to split contracts, where they will be paid a higher salary in the majors and a lower one in the minors. P Alberto Arias will make $415,000 and P Samuel Gervacio will make $402,500. The other three, P Polin Trinidad and OFs Brian Bogusevic and Yordany Ramirez, will make $400,000.
