Minnesota Twins SP Yoslan Herrera and P Henry Arias decided to retire at Triple-A Rochester and Double-A New Britain, respectively, the Minneapolis Star Tribune's La Velle E. Neal III reports. Arias was recently suspended for disciplinary reasons, according to the New Britain Herald's Ken Lipshez.

The Associated Press reports the Kansas City Royals have traded P Henry Arias to the Cincinnati Reds to complete a May 19 trade that sent RP Brad Salmon to the Royals.
