The Philadelphia Phillies have dealt minor league P Michael Cisco to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim for free. The Phillies had an excess of pitching at Triple-A Lehigh Valley and Double-A Reading.

The Philadelphia Inquirer's Andy Martino reports the Philadelphia Phillies will send seven players with OF Domonic Brown to the Arizona Fall League. OF Steve Susdorf, RP Michael Zagurski, P Scott Mathieson, RP Michael Schwimer, SP Michael Cisco, SS Troy Hanzawa and C Tuffy Gosewisch will play for the Scottsdale Scorpions.

Ken Mandel, of MLB.com, reports the Philadelphia Phillies signed P Michael Cisco (South Carolina) Tuesday, June 10. Cisco was selected in the 34th round of the 2008 MLB Amateur Draft. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
