Three teams, including the Pirates, are still interested in Burnett, including a team on the West coast.

Cole, the top overall pick, receives an $8 million signing bonus, and he can make more than $9 million in guarantees if he reaches the big leagues by 2013. Bell receives $5 million. Cole's deal is the largest for any Pirates' draft pick in their history.
