Sam Mellinger, of The Kansas City Star, reports former MLB 1B Willie Aikens will be released from prison Wednesday, June 4, according to a prison official and Laine Cardarella, a federal public defender. Aikens was sentenced to 20 years in 1994 for crack cocaine distribution and using a gun in a drug sale.
