Updating a previous item, prosecutors say Denver Broncos RB Knowshon Moreno has been charged with drunken driving and careless driving after getting pulled over in south Denver. District attorney's spokeswoman Lynn Kimbrough said Tuesday, Feb. 7, that Moreno is also charged with failure to have proof of insurance and is due back in court March 2 after police issued a summons. Moreno was pulled over Feb. 1 after allegedly driving 70 mph in an interstate construction zone where the speed limit was 45 mph.

He is expected to have an MRI Monday, Nov. 14, to determine if there is a torn ligament. He is likely to miss the Week 11 game Thursday, Nov. 17, against the New York Jets.
