Terms of the deals were not disclosed.

The Arizona Republic's Nick Piecoro reports Arizona Diamondbacks OF Alex Romero (hand) will be out at least two weeks after his physical revealed a fracture in his right hand. Romero was hit by a pitch while playing in Venezuela and will have another X-ray in two weeks.
