Washington Redskins QB Pat White has passed a full battery of medical tests and will be signing his contract. He did not have any issues from the concussion he had a few years ago.

Updating a previous report, free-agent QB Pat White (Dolphins) agreed to a deal with the Washington Redskins Tuesday, April 2. He will sign a deal Wednesday, April 3, according to a person familiar with the situation. Terms of the deal are undisclosed.
Fantasy Tip: White would receive plenty of offseason snaps with Robert Griffin III (knee) rehabbing from knee surgery, but Kirk Cousins is also in the mix. Whether or not Griffin is ready for the season, White is still not a fantasy option as long as Cousins remains healthy.

Former Miami Dolphins team official Bill Parcells said he regrets drafting OT Jake Long over Atlanta Falcons QB Matt Ryan with the first overall pick in 2008, according to NFL.com. "Maybe, we should have (drafted Ryan instead)," Parcells, the Dolphins' former executive vice president of football operations, said. He also said the decision to draft former QB Pat White in the second round of the 2009 draft "violated our principles."

Unrestricted free-agent QB Pat White (Dolphins) have signed a deal with MLB's Kansas City Royals, reports Jon Paul Morosi, of FOXSports.com. The Royals said they understand that the NFL is still an option for White.
