The Tennessee Titans added DEs Lavar Edwards and Ropati Pitoitua during the offseason, so the Titans aren't expected to play DLs Derrick Morgan and Kamerion Wimbley on the field as much at the same time as a year ago.

Tennessee Titans defense coordinator Jerry Gray indicated Wednesday, April 3, that the team will still use the 4-3 defensive scheme as a base defense, but adding some players who fit the 3-4 mold will allow for more flexibility. DE Ropati Pitoitua is a player who fits more of a 3-4 scheme, which is the system he played in with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2012. LB Moise Fokou also played in the 3-4 with the Indianapolis Colts in 2012.
