Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid said the team used high draft picks on DL Fletcher Cox and LB Mychal Kendricks in order to rush the quarterback. "It is (all about the pass), yeah," Reid said. "With the college kids and the offenses that these guys are running (in college), they're throwing the football and the ball is in the air. That's eventually going to carry over to our league. You're seeing that now."

Reid confirmed he will retain defensive coordinator Juan Castillo. "I saw us get better," Reid said, when asked about the job Castillo did in 2011. "We had some moving parts on the defensive side, I understood that."
