Cleveland Browns WR Andrew Hawkins is tied for third among wide receivers in targets (33) through three weeks.
Fantasy Tip: Hawkins has proven to be extremely valuable in point-per-reception (PPR) leagues thanks to the volume of targets he's been getting. This trend could change if Johnny Manziel is eventually named starter or when Josh Gordon returns later on this season, but Hawkins is definitely worth starting every week in PPR scoring leagues.

Cleveland Browns WR Andrew Hawkins has stood out this offseason, according to head coach Mike Pettine. Pettine singled out Hawkins' short-area quickness as something he's liked.
Fantasy Tip: With Josh Gordon’s pending suspension and Nate Burleson’s arm injury, there’s plenty of opportunity for Hawkins to succeed in Cleveland. He probably has more value in PPR scoring leagues and shouldn’t be considered more than a flex option in deeper leagues, but has the upside for more.

Cleveland Browns WR Nate Burleson (arm) suffered a fractured arm during offseason workouts but is expected to be ready for the start of training camp. It is the same arm he injured during the 2013 season.
Fantasy Tip: It wouldn't be a surprise if Burleson is forced to sit out the 2014 season. With Josh Gordon facing a year-long ban, Greg Little figures to open the year as the No. 1 wideout, with Andrew Hawkins and Travis Benjamin picking up scraps. Little could be a decent WR3/4 if you're willing to take that leap of faith. Look for Cleveland to address their wide receiver needs in the draft or in free agency.

Tue, 18 Mar 2014 12:19:59 -0700
The Cincinnati Bengals will not match the offer sheet from the Cleveland Browns for WR Andrew Hawkins. Hawkins will become a member of the Browns.
Fantasy Tip: Hawkins will probably slot in as a No. 4 or No. 5 fantasy wide receiver that will have to prove he can stay on the field and earn a spot.
