Head coach Joe Philbin and offensive coordinator Mike Sherman are feeling out their quarterbacks in camp to see how much the no-huddle can be a part of this year's playbook. "We want to be an up-tempo offense and we do want to run a lot of plays at the opposition," Philbin said.

Texas A&M QB Ryan Tannehill said at the NFL Scouting Combine he would love to play for the Miami Dolphins and offensive coordinator Mike Sherman, who coached Tannehill in college. "Miami would be exciting because of the familiarity with coach Sherman and some of the staff hired down there," Tannehill said. "It would be nice. Coach Sherman runs a West Coast offense as well as moving the pocket, and that's a couple things I do well: throw on the run, bootlegs, whatever it may be to get outside the pocket and make throws downfield. I like what he did."
