The Oakland Raiders will interview Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg for their head coaching position this weekend, according to a league source. Chicago Bears offensive coordinator Mike Tice will interview for the same position Tuesday, Jan. 24. Other candidates include Green Bay Packers linebackers coach Winston Moss, offensive coordinator Joe Philbin, defensive coordinator Dom Capers, quarterbacks coach Tom Clements and secondary coach Darren Perry.

It is something the team has tried to drill into the quarterback since signing him. "We've discussed that since day one, so we'll see," Mornhinweg said. "(Quaterbacks coach) Doug (Pederson) has drilled that with him time and time again. I want to see it."

He was working hard and great preparation," Mornhinweg said. "He has never really faded from the hard work and preparation. He's been through a long year as well. He's got a few things going on ... he's growing as a professional, he's certainly all in here."
