RB Danny Woodhead played 10 of 66 plays, while FB Lousaka Polite was in for six of the 66 plays.

New England Patriots RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis is not unhappy with his part in what has turned into a running back by committee approach by head coach Bill Belichick. "Whatever it is, we're just gonna go out there and try to win the game," Green-Ellis said Tuesday, Dec. 20. "That's the ultimate goal. From the backfield standpoint, all five of us are ready to go out there and contribute to get a 'W'. This is not an individual sport." In the Week 15 game against the Denver Broncos, he shared most of the carries with RBs Danny Woodhead and Stevan Ridley.

New England Patriots RB Danny Woodhead carried seven times for 40 yards and a touchdown in Week 15 against the Denver Broncos, and he also added a 12-yard reception. RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis saw 10 carries, but managed just 17 yards and a score. Green-Ellis was able to shake free for 32 yards on two catches.
