Updating previous reports, former Baltimore Orioles hitting coach Terry Crowley will remain with the organization as a hitting evaluator, according to Dan Connolly of The Baltimore Sun. Former third-base coach Gary Allenson and former bullpen coach Alan Dunn have also been offered minor league jobs within the organization, while former first-base coach John Shelby is searching for another major league coaching position.

Baltimore Orioles hitting coach Terry Crowley will not be returning to the team next year as the hitting coach, according to MLB.com's Brittany Ghiroli. Crowley will return in a new role with the team, but an official announcement has not been made.

Baltimore Orioles hitting coach Terry Crowley is likely to move to another position within the organization for next season, according to The Baltimore Sun's Jeff Zrebiec. Crowley would work with minor and major league hitters and assist with scouting. However, the team has not ruled out that Crowley could return as the hitting coach.

The Sports Network reports Baltimore Orioles hitting coach Terry Crowley was suspended one game for inappropriate actions during the team's game Wednesday, Sept. 3, against the Boston Red Sox. He will serve the suspension Friday, Sept. 5.
