Denver Broncos head coach John Fox said he firmly stands by his decision to kneel the ball with 31 seconds left in the fourth quarter and two timeouts in the team's Divisional Round playoff loss last weekend. "I'd do it again 10 times if it presented itself in that situation," Fox said. President John Elway agrees with his head coach's decision in that scenario.

Denver Broncos head coach John Fox said he has no plans to rest QB Peyton Manning. "That has not been an option, and not something that we'll talk about," Fox said. "Right now, our main agenda is to get better and improve so we can be playing our best football in January." Fox also said he has no plans to rest any of his starters in the final two weeks of the season.

"To get a guy like Peyton, his caliber - even though there was a little bit of risk - with his work ethic we knew he would work his way back to being the old Peyton and he has," Fox said.

The Denver Broncos could be interested in Carolina Panthers RB DeAngelo Williams prior to the trade deadline if the price is not too high. Head coach John Fox has coached Williams before, and the team could use another running back for depth; however, if Williams is going to be pricey in terms of compensation and a contract restructuring proves difficult, the Broncos would unlikely be a favorite to land him.

Denver Broncos head coach John Fox filed an appeal Friday, Sept. 28, with the NFL office contesting his $30,000 fine for inappropriate behavior toward the replacement officiating crew. Defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio is expected to follow Fox's lead and appeal his $25,000 fine.
