The Indianapolis Colts have announced they have waived WR Devin Aromashodu, DL Joe Bradley, DL Jeff Charleston, CB Brannon Condren, DL Dan Davis, OL Tala Esera, DT Colin Ferrell, CB Brandon Foster, WR Samuel Giguere, QB Quinn Gray, DL Ben Ishola, WR Onrea Jones, QB Jared Lorenzen, OL Darren Marquez, LB Kyle Shotwell, RB Chad Simpson, TE Tyrice Thompson, OL Michael Toudouze and LB Victor Worsley.

Updating previous items, Todd Hefferman, of The Southern, reports the Indianapolis Colts signed undrafted rookie free-agent OT Darren Marquez (Southern Illinois). Marquez also had talks with the Washington Redskins and Tennessee Titans, but thought Indianapolis was the best situation. "I think it's a good situation," Marquez said. "I fit what they're looking for, an athletic tackle. I'm just going to go out there and compete everyday."

Josh Buchanan, of NFLDraftBible.com, reports the Washington Redskins signed undrafted rookie free-agent OT Darren Marquez (Southern Illinois). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

J.J. Pesavento, of Next Level Scouting, reports University of Southern Illinois OT Darren Marquez worked out at his school's Pro Day Wednesday, March 19. Marquez ran a 5.02 40-yard dash and completed 25 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press. He measured in at 6-foot-4 and 308 pounds.
