Portis said he would not mind splitting carries with Betts when he is able to return fully healthy. Portis said he will do what he can during practice while he still is experiencing symptoms from the concussion.

His playing time was limited because RB Ladell Betts took eight of the 10 third-down plays in which the Redskins used a running back. Portis also wasn't on the field for the final seven-play scoring drive.
