Tennessee Titans general manager Ruston Webster said C Eugene Amano, C Kevin Matthews and OL Fernando Velasco are candidates to win the starting center job this season. Webster said none of the players are considered frontrunners for the job.

The Tennessee Titans re-signed SS Jordan Babineaux and LB Patrick Bailey Tuesday, March 13. They also re-signed OG Fernando Velasco and DL Malcolm Sheppard to undisclosed deals. Babineaux's deal is expected to be a multi-year contract. Tennessee is working toward a deal with LB Tim Shaw, too.
