Mike Garafolo, of The Star-Ledger, reports undrafted rookie free-agent RB Andre Callender (Boston College) was invited to the New York Giants rookie minicamp on a tryout basis.

J.J. Pesavento, of Next Level Scouting, reports Boston College RB Andre Callender measured a height of 5-foot-10 3/4 and a weight of 198 pounds at his Pro Day March 18. His hands measured nine inches and his arm length was 30 1/8 inches. He ran 10 yards in 1.59 seconds, 20 yards in 2.58 seconds and the 40-yard dash in 4.40 seconds. He ran the short shuttle in 4.34 seconds, the long shuttle in 11.58 seconds and the three-cone drill in 6.86 seconds. He measured a 30 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 10-foot-3 broad jump and completed 16 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
