While S Patrick Chung has proven to be a hard-hitting option from the safety spot, he is not an asset in pass coverage. At cornerback, the team expects CB Devin McCourty to bounce back in 2012 while CB Ras-I Dowling will have a bright future with improved technique in coverage. CB Kyle Arrington is viewed as a better backup than starter.
