According to the Ap, Washington Redskins OL Rod Jones (elbow) will miss the entire 2002 season. Jones ruptured a tendon in his elbow in Saturday night's game at Tampa Bay. The team placed him on IR Monday.

He would like to sign with a team that wants to use him at tackle, while the Redskins would probably like to move him to guard. Rod Jones remains at the top of the team’s wish list, but it appears unlikely they will be able to talk him out of retirement.
