Fantasy Tip: Flowers has shown 15-20 home-run potential in the minors but has struggled to hit much at the big-league level. He hit 10 homers last season but only at a .195 clip. He's best served as a second catcher or in AL-only leagues.

Chicago White Sox C Tyler Flowers views his loss of playing time to C Josh Phegley as an opportunity to work on his game. He noted that he hasn't felt good offensively this season.
Fantasy Tip: That feeling was evident in his results. It's a nice attitude, but Flowers will need some things in his favor to get some PT back, so only those in AL-only leagues should even have him on their radars.
