Mike Sando reports for the Tacoma News Tribune the Seattle Seahawks are interested in signing a veteran right tackle. RT Jerry Wunsch, released Sunday by Tampa Bay, is a leading candidate. The Seahawks are also considering free agent G Ben Coleman (Redskins) and free agent OT John Fina (Bills).

The Tampa Tribune reports the Tampa Bay Buccaneers called free agent G Ben Coleman about signing with them. He made it clear to team officials he's not interested in signing with anyone right now and that he likely won't sign with the Bucs when he does do a deal.

Bill Williamson reports for the Pioneer Press Minnesota Vikings coach Mike Tice wants to look for a new offensive tackle as he feels rookie OT Bryant McKinnie may not sign this year. "I'm going to get me a tackle," Tice said Saturday. "It could happen as soon as Tuesday. I'm moving on. Right now, I don't think McKinnie is even coming in this year. It doesn't look good." They may sign an available free agent such as John Fina, Matt Campbell, Ben Coleman or Robert Hicks. The Vikings and McKinnie's agents did not communicate Saturday after McKinnie's agents, Jim Steiner and Ben Dogra, refused the Vikings final offer on Friday.

According to the Washington Post, the Washington Redskins hope to sign a free agent guard. Their list of candidiates includes Matt Campbell, Ben Coleman, Ray Brown and Glenn Parker.

The Baltimore Sun reports Baltimore Ravens met with free agent G Ben Coleman during Tuesday's mini-camp. While the Ravens cannot sign Coleman until LB Ray Lewis or LB Peter Boulware restructure their contracts, Coleman would likely play as a backup guard/tackle.

According to the Washington Post, the Washington Redskins have not ruled out re-signing G Ben Coleman. Agent Ralph Cindrich said that Coleman, the Redskins starter at right guard last season when he was healthy, has drawn interest from four or five teams. "It's not an exclusion, but nothing is about to happen with them right now," Cindrich said.

The Washington Post reports Washington Redskins G Ben Coleman, soon to be an unrestricted free agent, wants to return to the team - if most of his teammates and coaches return. Coleman has been troubled by a knee problem the last few games and he will probably undergo routine arthroscopic surgery in the off-season.
