Bob Pockrass, of SceneDaily.com, reports Germain Racing crew chief Mike Hillman Jr. was suspended four races, fined $10,000 and was put on probation for the remainder of the season. NASCAR also penalized driver Todd Bodine 25 driver and owner's points for a part on the car found during NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series inspections Feb. 14. The team has not decided whether it is going to appeal the penalties but team general manager Mike Hillman Sr. will be the crew chief during the race at California Speedway.
