Roush Fenway Racing announced Wednesday, Nov. 14, that driver Carl Edwards will work with Jimmy Fennig as his new crew chief for the 2013 Sprint Cup season. Fennig will be replacing crew chief Chad Norris. Scott Graves will take over the No. 17 that driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. will drive after driver Matt Kenseth moves to Joe Gibbs Racing next season.

Roush Fenway Racing owner Jack Roush said crew chief Jimmy Fennig is expected to remain the crew chief for the No. 17 car when driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. replaces driver Matt Kenseth next season. Crew chief Bob Osborne, the crew chief for driver Carl Edwards, is also expected to remain in his current role next season. Driver Greg Biffle and crew chief Matt Puccia will also stay together.

Roush Fenway Racing crew chief Jimmy Fennig, the crew chief for driver Matt Kenseth, will return for the 2011 Sprint Cup season, according to SportingNews.com. Kenseth finished in the top 10 seven times, including two top-fives, in 20 races with Fennig last year.

Roush Fenway Racing crew chief Todd Parrott, the crew chief for driver Matt Kenseth, will be replaced by Jimmy Fennig, according to SceneDaily.com's Bob Pockrass. The move will take effect immediately. Parrott will return to the team's research and development department.

SceneDaily.com reports Jimmy Fennig, who is the Roush Fenway Racing crew chief of the No. 6 Ford driven by driver David Ragan, has been named the Wypall Wipers crew chief of the race after the 3M Performance 400 at Michigan International Speedway Sunday, Aug. 17. Ragan finished third in the race and moved to just 26 points outside of a berth in the Chase For The NASCAR Sprint Cup field.

SceneDaily.com reports Roush Fenway Racing driver David Ragan, who is only 47 points outside the top-12 in the overall point standings, is hoping to land a spot in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup. Ragan and his crew chief Jimmy Fennig think he should be able to land a top-10 finish at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in the Lenox Industrial Tools 301.
