The Associated Press reports Travis Geisler has replaced Chris Carrier as the new crew chief for Penske Racing driver Sam Hornish Jr. Tuesday, Aug. 19. Geisler has been the race engineer for driver Ryan Newman's No. 12 Dodge. Ben Atkins, who was with the Penske test team, will replace Geisler as the race engineer for Newman.
