Bob Pockrass, of SceneDaily.com, reports Michael Waltrip Racing moved crew chief Paul Andrews to the position of overseeing the team's research and development team and named competition director Bobby Kennedy Michael Waltrip's crew chief. Andrews, who was the crew chief for Alan Kulwicki during his 1992 Winston Cup championship, joined MWR in the offseason after starting 2007 with Petty Enterprises.
