Roush Fenway Racing announced Tuesday, Nov. 19, that Mike Kelley has been promoted to serve as the crew chief for Sprint Cup driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. The two worked together to win back-to-back Nationwide Series titles in 2011 and 2012.

Roush Fenway Racing driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. was named the Sunoco Rookie of the Year Sunday, Nov. 17. He posted three Top 10 finishes in the final 11 races of the season, and his third-place finish at Talladega Superspeedway in October was his best result of the season. In his first full Sprint Cup Series season, he finished all 36 races and finished 19th in the points.

Roush Fenway Racing driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. won the Nationwide Series championship after finishing sixth in the season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway. He becomes the sixth driver to win back-to-back championships in the Nationwide Series. Stenhouse won six Nationwide races this season.

Roush Fenway Racing announced Wednesday, Nov. 14, that driver Carl Edwards will work with Jimmy Fennig as his new crew chief for the 2013 Sprint Cup season. Fennig will be replacing crew chief Chad Norris. Scott Graves will take over the No. 17 that driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. will drive after driver Matt Kenseth moves to Joe Gibbs Racing next season.

Roush Fenway Racing driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. will make his second Sprint Cup start of the year at Dover International Speedway this weekend in addition to running in the Nationwide Series race. Stenhouse made his Cup debut this year racing in the Daytona 500 and finishing 21st.

Lee Montgomery, of SceneDaily.com, reports Roush Fenway Racing driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. will compete in seven races in the No. 16 Ford in the 2009 NASCAR Nationwide Series. He will share the No. 16 car with drivers Greg Biffle, Matt Kenseth and Colin Braun. Stenhouse is scheduled to race at both Nashville races, Kentucky, Milwaukee, Gateway, Iowa and Memphis.

Roush Fenway Racing announced Thursday, Feb. 7, that K&N will be the primary sponsor for driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and the No. 99 Ford Fusion in the ARCCA RE/MAX Series race at Daytona International Speedway Saturday, Feb. 9. It will be Stenhouse's ARCA debut and his first race in a stock-car.
