Roush Fenway Racing driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. won the Nationwide Series championship after finishing sixth in the season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway. He becomes the sixth driver to win back-to-back championships in the Nationwide Series. Stenhouse won six Nationwide races this season.

Roush Fenway Racing announced Wednesday, Nov. 14, that driver Carl Edwards will work with Jimmy Fennig as his new crew chief for the 2013 Sprint Cup season. Fennig will be replacing crew chief Chad Norris. Scott Graves will take over the No. 17 that driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. will drive after driver Matt Kenseth moves to Joe Gibbs Racing next season.

Roush Fenway Racing driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. will see another Sprint Cup start as he prepares to replace driver Matt Kenseth next season. Stenhouse will be in the No. 6 Ford next week at Charlotte Motor Speedway. He'll take over Kenseth's No. 17 car next year.

Roush Fenway Racing driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. will make his second Sprint Cup start of the year at Dover International Speedway this weekend in addition to running in the Nationwide Series race. Stenhouse made his Cup debut this year racing in the Daytona 500 and finishing 21st.

Roush Fenway Racing driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. won the Nationwide Series race at Chicagoland Speedway Saturday, Sept. 15, to take the points lead in the series for the first time since the beginning of June. It was Stenhouse's fifth Nationwide win of the year.

Roush Fenway Racing owner Jack Roush said crew chief Jimmy Fennig is expected to remain the crew chief for the No. 17 car when driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. replaces driver Matt Kenseth next season. Crew chief Bob Osborne, the crew chief for driver Carl Edwards, is also expected to remain in his current role next season. Driver Greg Biffle and crew chief Matt Puccia will also stay together.

Roush Fenway Racing driver Matt Kenseth will leave the organization after the 2012 Sprint Cup season. Driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr., who currently races in the Nationwide Series, will be promoted to take Kenseth's spot. Kenseth currently leads the Cup standings by 11 points over driver Greg Biffle.
