SceneDaily.com reports Gillett Evernham Motorsports will hold its seventh annual fan appreciation day at the team's facilities in Statesville, N.C., May 23. The event will run from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. EDT. Drivers Kasey Kahne, Elliott Sadler, Patrick Carpentier and Chase Miller are scheduled to participate along with team co-owner Ray Evernham. Officials will hand out 400 wristbands at 7:30 a.m., which will be required for autographs.
