The Journal Sentinel reports the Green Bay Packers visited with free agent S Bobby Myers (Titans) on Wednesday. The Packers medical staff rejected him because of a previous knee injury.

TitansRadio.com, citing the Nashville City Paper, reports free agent S Bobby Myers (Titans) will re-sign with the Tennessee Titans for the league minimum of $300,000. "They are going to bring Bobby back," Myers' agent Ron Slavin told the City Paper. "Heís been injured for two years, and they didnít want to tender him, but heíll be back." The move to sign him, after he was released, saves the team approximately $305,000 on their 2003 salary cap.

Titansonline.com reports the Tennessee Titans have not tendered restricted free agent S Bobby Myers. The move means he is now an unrestricted free agent.

The Tennessean reports Tennessee Titans general manager Floyd Reese said the team plans to offer one-year tender offers to each of their eight restricted free agents. That would allow the Titans to match any offer from another team or receive compensation in return. The players are: DT Robaire Smith, LBs Frank Chamberlin and Peter Sirmon, S Aric Morris and Bobby Myers, QB Billy Volek, RB Mike Green and TE Erron Kinney.

The Titans Radio Network reports Tennessee Titans safety Bobby Myers (torn ACL) should be ready by the start of training camp; Myers suffered the injury in the 2001 season opener against Miami and missed the rest of the year.

According to the Titans Radio Network, Tennessee Titans cornerback Dainon Sidney (torn ACL) will be ready to go by training camp July 27; like teammate Bobby Myers (ACL), Sidney was hurt in the 2001 season opener against Miami and missed the rest of the year.

The Tennessean reports Tennessee Titans S Bobby Myers (knee), returning from a torn ACL that forced him to miss the majority of the 2001 season, is running full speed in daily rehab workouts. He's still sporting a brace on his left knee. He hasn't participated in an organized workout this spring because of the recovery.

The Tennessean reports Tennessee Titans CB Dainon Sidney and S Bobby Myers should be ready for training camp in July after suffering ACL injuries last season. Head coach Jeff Fisher said both players are ahead of schedule and thereís a chance they could be ready to participate in individual drills in June.

The Tennessean reports the Tennessee Titans have moved S Bobby Myers to a backup role behind FS Lance Schulters. ''I don't think that Bobby at this point is suited to play strong. He obviously ends up in a backup role now,'' Coach Jeff Fisher said. ''We still have some questions about his rehab." Fisher added the door is still open for Myers.
