Lindsay H. Jones, of The Denver Post, reports Denver Broncos RB Ryan Torain (knee) is still recovering from last season's torn anterior cruciate ligament, but he was able to take part in individual drills during a June minicamp.

The knee feels good, though," Torain said. He did participate in wind sprints during practice Monday, June 8.

The Associated Press reports Denver Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels said RB Ryan Torain (knee) is not ready to participate in practice at this time. "Ryan's got an injury that we're not ready to go yet. As soon as he's healthy and ready to roll he'll be out there with the rest of them. He's doing a few exercises, it's still part of his rehab, but it's coming along," McDaniels said.

Hillis may be the team's long-term answer at the running back position.

Jeff Legwold and Lee Rasizer, of the Rocky Mountain News, report Denver Broncos RB Ryan Torain (knee) may have suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury in Week 10 and as a result could miss the rest of the season. Head coach Mike Shanahan was told by head athletic trainer Steve Antonopulous that the injury "didn't look good." Torain will have an MRI Friday, Nov. 7.
