Leman's ankle is healing well and he is off crutches and jogging, according to his representatives. It is a possibility that Leman will schedule private workouts with NFL teams prior to the 2008 NFL Draft.

He will not workout at the NFL Scouting Combine after undergoing left ankle surgery. His original prognosis is he will be out for two to three months. He will not be able to go full speed until late April. Leman said he believes he plays middle linebacker the best.
