Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports University of Arizona DL Louis Holmes worked out at his school's Pro Day Saturday, March 8. Holmes ran a 4.89 40-yard dash, had a 34-inch vertical jump, a 10-foot, three-inch long jump, a 4.33-second short shuttle, a 6.98-second cone drill and completed 19 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press. He measured in at 6-foot-3 7/8 and 260 pounds.
