The penalties drop Keselowski to 10th in the standings, eight points ahead of Hendrick Motorsports driver Jeff Gordon. Owner Roger Penske was docked six owner's points. The team won't appeal the penalties.

NASCAR ruled that his car was too low after he finished fifth in the race. A broken part allowed a spring to fall and lower the car.

NASCAR upheld the fines, points penalties and suspensions issued for unapproved rear housing parts that were found during post-race inspections of both cars during the April 13 Texas race.
Fantasy Tip: None of these penalties or suspensions will affect Keselowski's or Logano's participation in the Sprint Cup race at Talladega Superspeedway this weekend or following races, however. If you are considering them for your lineup this weekend, carry on.
