Frank Hughes, of the Tacoma News Tribune, reports the Seattle Seahawks created competition at place kicker in the NFL Draft. While they signed PK Olindo Mare during the offseason, the team drafted PK Brandon Coutu in the seventh round. Coutu has been working with former NFL PK Morten Andersen on improving his kickoff distance.
